To enroll your child with us, please complete the following steps:

1. Download our 2-page Registration Form and Schedule Request.
      2012/13 Registration Form and Schedule Request
      2013/14 Registration Form and Schedule Request
      (Note: You must have Acrobat Reader on your computer to view and print these forms.)

2. Fill out the Registration Form and Schedule Request.

3. Please bring your completed registration form to Tassajara Learning Center,
    1899 Casablanca Street, Danville.
